Speak of the devil! We’ve just subtly referenced Ethno Tekh in our last post about gestural music control.

Their performance at the CeBIT 2013 international computer expo in Hanover, Germany absolutely rocked the house. And is that a shot of Angela Merkel I see at the very end?

From the video description: “The performance uses Kinectar, Ableton Live, and a number of custom tools developed in Max/MSP/M4L + Unity 3D and uses the Kinect motion capture camera.”

We’d love to know more about their setup.
