If you’re a fan of touchscreens and Ableton Live, this one’s for you. Coming a long way since the days of the way-ahead-of-its-time-but-jesus-what-did-you-say-the-price-tag-was-again hardware touchscreen controller Lemur, Liine’s Livecontrol 2 is an iPad app designed to get the most possible functionality out of controlling Ableton Live. It seems that there’s little that you can’t do with this app, and it also provides some features that you couldn’t otherwise find in Live itself, like gesture recording and a physics engine (but you already know that from the video).
