There’s been some hype surrounding the upcoming Soundplane A controller from Madrona Labs. According to Madrona, the touch controller will offer a very high level of control over computer-generated sounds and note articulation, comparable to actual acoustic instruments.

This controller has been three years in the making, so it’s good to finally see a proper demo of its capabilities. Unfortunately, its actual price and the possibility of pre-orders haven’t been announced at this time.
