M4SONIC and Novation release “Virus” soundpack and competition + video interview
We’ve covered M4SONICÂ and his incredible rise to fame and success before, so this latest endeavor with Novation is no big surprise.
M4SONIC’s “Virus” Launchpad performance video is one of the most viewed controllerism videos on YouTube (right next to Madeon’s clip-launching “Pop Culture”), so it’s a real treat to see that he’s teaming up with Novation to give away the samples and audio slices used there for anyone willing to remix them into something else. The competition starts today, and the winners of the Launchpad App and Community reounds will each receive a Launchpad S and Launch Control. Also, one grand prize winner will get to meet  M4SONIC!
Enter the competition at  http://novationmusic.com/
m4sonic and try your hand at playing the samples yourself. Novation have also made an awesome interview with the dude while touring and meeting various industry professionals to work on his music. He talks about his inspiration when creating music, using the Launchpad (obviously) and how he learned to play the piano.

(Speaking of Novation, we’ve got our own Launch series video reviews coming up next week on our YouTube channel. Stay tuned!)
